Q.

My daughter is 2.9 months old. She is otherwise ok but suffers from a severe constipation problem. She drinks adequate water but is a super fussy eater. She rigidly sticks to her daily diet and doesn't eat anything else.

A. to avoid constipation in every baby it is advisable to use adequate water off at the baby to drink give all seasonal fruits to the baby like mango papaya banana they are good source of fibre
