my daughter is 2.6 yr. she has constipation. and she feels pain in anus after getting fresh. please suggest

A. this is common in this age group. Tight stool are common at this age . You should give more of liquid like water and juices to baby along with green leafy vegetable and more fruits and fibrous diet .
