Q.

My daughter is 2.5years now. She is 20kgs. She is very active, plays outside as well. Also 1km walk everyday. No snacks, no junks. Fruits and vegetables are added in her diet. Red rice is given instead of white. She drinks lot of milk during night almost, 1L. Her height is 90cm.

A. 1 liter milk is too much.. limit up to 450 ml per day maximum. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

A. Still. I would say the way it is on the higher side I completely agree whatever you are mentioning is extremely good and you haven’t mention the height of the child but still the weight is on the higher side even if your child has liked about 15 KG as of now for a two-year-old child I would have said it is still moderate but 20 is on the higher side like the side of a obesity
