Q.

my daughter is 2.5 years old and her weight is only 12 Kg,what should I do for managing her weight??

A. Give milk and milk products and add pediasure in milk abd give protein rich foods like paneer tofu soya lentils and add desi ghee in meals and give one banana per day sweet potato pumpkin boiled potato eggs can be given and nuts daily
