A. Hi, for kids there is no diet plan. You can give all food which you prepare at home. Try to give home-made fresh food which is best for babies for a good growth and immunity. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses so that baby get all the nutrients. Give five solid feed in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid feed and two hours of gap to give any liquid feed like fresh fruit juice, Dal water, coconut water, buttermilk. Take your baby out for cycling or to play for about 1 to 1 1/2 hour in a day which is very important.
