my daughter is 2.4 years old is closing her ears while sleeping, traveling. if we ask she says nothing what is the problem can anyone suggest

A. this is not common it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up. meet the doctor for complete examination if needed the doctor will go for investigations
