ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Are you giving more leafy vegetables 🥬or an supplement f any of them then green motions are normal otherwise if stools are watery frothy and foul smelling then need to consult your doctor abd give curd and rice to the child and stop milk
