my daughter is 1yrs10 mnth old. she is very fussy in eating so she is very thin. she is not start speaking. only she say some words.

play different games like peekaboo, pretended play, read stories with your child
it will definitely help.

both the things for a toddler is normal.
at this age , babies are moody and more curious for their surrounding.
so their food attention span is low.
just try to set Consistent mealtime and keep the environment calm and positive , distractions free at meal time.
