my doctor was suggested me combiflam syrup paracetamol didn't worked at that time repeatedly fever came but after combiflam syrup fever slowly temperature low hua fever ane par hi de dose aap doctor se consult kar lijiye bache ko wet cloth me wipe kijiye forehead ko bhi wet cloth me poche taki seizer na aaye

you can give paracetamol to the child for fever and this medicine can be repeated maximum 4 times per day.
it is given according to the weight of the child and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
important to do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration and decrease body temperature.
keep the child in cool envirodnment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)for fever is required or not will be told by the doctor
