my daughter is 1year old ..which cow milk is good for her ..the one which is available in the market (like amul cow milk or mother diary) or A2 cow milk can be recommended..plz confirm

Sulochna RanjanMom of a 1 yr 8 m old girl11 months agoA. No dear please don't go for this option as it will not be suitable for such small babies before they turn into 2 year atleast. Cow/ buffalo milk have too much proteins in it which makes it difficult for the baby to digest. you can give Aptamil Gold formula milk...it is healthy option
