my daughter is 1year 9 months and she is suffering from loose motion past from one week and touching her stomach again and again please guide me Dr

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gashitroenteritis wrhere symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
