My daughter is 1year 2 month old now , but she is around 8 Kg. She was 3kg at the time of birth, why she don't gain weight? what foods are introduced to her for gain weight?

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough caloriesop which the baby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. Write Your Answer Here Proteins and dairy products are really very good With that only your child is going to gain appropriately as per the age And along with that if you need to you should always consult a nutritionist and also she will be able to help you much better on this issue
