Q.
My daughter is 1month 3days old she passes watery stools in large quantity immediately after feed .I am feeding breast milk in bottle and sometimes with nipple shield as I have retracted nipple .and now gradually my milk secretion also has reduced am feeding her 80ml every 3hrs.I gave her darolac z powder for 2days no help. Can I start top feed??

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give enterogermina sachet with zinc supplements
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
