my daughter is 18 months old... consumes approx 1 litre or more water per day..but urine passes only 3-4 times in a whole day..and quantity of urine is approx. 50 ml ..is it normal or need to consult a doctor...

A. 1 liter is too much is their is too hot weather.. ? good to provide other fluids also, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
