Q.

My daughter is 17months old and her weight is 7.5 kg. Now what should i include in her meals so she can gain weight???

A. See proteins are exceptionally important in overall growth of your child but right now your child is quite underweight it’s at least 3 to 3 1/2 kg which is a matter of concern so you should get examined with your doctor to know whether the problem is according to that they can help you with a good diet as well as necessary health tonic and supplements to proceed with overall growth of your child
