my daughter is 17mo.she is finding difficulty to poop.she is getting hard stools.

A. hi first ,you need to offer water at regular intervals. give liquid diet like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice etc give fiber rich fruits like pear , papaya, plum banana etc which makes digestion easy. give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. use Babyhug massage oil
