my daughter is 17 months old from yesterday making the sound ghur ghur and no nasal secretions is this problem not taking any food

Ask your doctor for the right medicines to follow along with that very importantly I would suggest you to nebulise the child actually nebulisation helps a lot and reducing down the congestion and that helps a lot better feeding and eating of the food that you are offering to the child
