Q.

My daughter is 16 weeks old and from past 2 days she is not sleeping during the day. She will take max 15-20 mins naps. She will be fussy during the day and cry but not sleep. During night she sleeps for 10 hours where she wakes up every 3 hours to feed. Please suggest what to do

A. is normal as babies do not have normal sleep pattern and do not have day and night concept. some babies stay awake whole night and sleep in the morning while others are opposite. baby learn to sleep at night between 3 to 12 months of age

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and babies change their sleeping pattern many times and also please massage your baby twice a day and do feet massage for sound sleep and also check baby colic problem as due to it baby don’t sleep properly. Take care
