A. Dear Mom you don't need to add any supplements to milk. Instead of it you can make apple shake or banana shake, add toast in the milk etc. You can give other dairy products like cheese, paneer, dahi etc.

A. milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement /health drinks / immunity booster gummies to the child. this type of energy drinks and xmilk supplements is just a combination of multivitamin syrup with protein powder. by growthx standards if the growth of the child is within normal limits then usually they do not require such health supplements try to concentrate on home based nutritional diet for your child.
