My daughter is 16 months old, I gave her breast milk and formula milk both,so please suggest me is it harmful? should I continue?

A. Breast milk and formula don't have to be mutually exclusive. Babies can thrive on breast milk, formula, or a combination of both. Keep them separate, mix them together, nurse, pump, and find what works for you and your baby.
