A. after 1 year focus on giving more solids.Limit the milk intake to maximum 16 ounces ( Try to give with cup)so that baby has enough room for solids. Don’t give liquids like milk or juices before meal time.

A. Hello dear parent! Milk is only a part of the meal. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for advice on vitamin and nutritional deficiency.
