my daughter is 15 months old, she slipped and fell from sofa he has got small bump at her head right side...she also has slight vomiting just once....she cried for 15 mins and became active again as usual since she vomitted and has got small bump is this serious concerning should I immediately visit doctor

A. hi parent, don't worry as baby is clinically well and active. if baby is drowsy and having recurrent vomiting consult pediatrician. . . . . . . . . .
