Q.

my daughter is 15 months old, she doesn't eat food, she Only wants to drink milk, what i do? is it ok if she is not having food ?

A. thanx Jasmine kaur Gandhi and Dr. Vandan H. kumar for your valuable reply. and i make everything for her and tries my level best to feed her but she doesn't eat.

A. it is not ok and you have to offer all types of food it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml and after that you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child and you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child

A. Hello dear parent, of course it is not fine that your 15 months old baby only drinks milk and do not eat food. As a mother you will have to put in efforts to make your baby eat food . Give her food in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only. Also include fruits in her diet. Good luck and take care
