My daughter is 15 months old but since she is born she us waking up after every 40 mins not a longer nap the whole night the same situation what can ve the reason . I do give her prper dinner so that she sleeps longer at night but stl same situatin y so , V

A. Hello mom , one is habit as you mentioned she was doing this since birth, other is that the maintain a time gap between her meal and sleep time so that she is able to digest the food well as that can possibly disturb her
