my daughter is 14 months..she is not eating anything...and everytime touches her tongue.. what might be the reason

Namaste Mom, Kindly observe the baby tongue, and could have become sour, or red in case, you may slightly touch and feel and observe baby reaction to it , get it examined once. other is after age of 1 teething phase also occurs and is one of the reason for loss of appetite,

Your child is constantly touching its tongue maybe your child is having some discomfort which is why your child is also refusing to eat second could be teething so if you’re unable to figure out the right reason behind it it’s better to get it examined by the doctor once
