Q.

my daughter is 14 month old and her weight is 8.9kg. she mostly depend on breastfeed and taking food in small amount

A. Even if the baby’s taking little quantity of food, you have to increase the protein content because that will directly increase the baby’s weight . Still yoir baby’s weight is good, but you need to improve the protein content.

A. Baby needs to see the things from which they learn more so you should sit with your baby to eat healthy nutritious diet and looking at you the baby will get interest in eating. So you need to spend more time with your baby to teach your baby anything. you have to anyhow reduce breastfeeding only then baby will learn to eat food
