My daughter is 13 yrs weight 75 she has very dark colour skin on neck and she has dark complexion.

Your child is extremely overweight right now you really need to work upon the weight of your child because your child is totally into obese category which is very unhealthy for your child so you need to work upon that and the complexion of the child is totally genetic so we cannot change that
