My Daughter is 11 months old. she's suffering from frequent diarrhoea, vomiting and little fever. she's not eating anything. she's only taking mother's milk. she has already lost 350 grams of weight. Is it related to teething? please suggest. Also, please suggest the remedy.

A. Hi yes all these are signs of teething. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the proces of teeth eruption
