my daughter is 11 months old and her weight is 8.6 kg. what can I do for her weight gain??

A. Namaste Mom, Calculate her weight as per her birth weight which is expected to double by the age of 4 to 6 months and later triple by the age of 1 . Now their diet should ideally consist of foods almost nearing family foods which are soft in consistency.

The weight is average for the child so no need to worry about the weight as of now but yes as you’re looking forward for a good diet so now it’s a good age where you can give proper family food and good proteins to the child focus of course more on vegetarian but the other options are non-vegetarian proteins like a yellow chicken and fish which would be helpful in elevating the weight of your child
