Q.

my daughter is 10months nw she is not at all gaining weight she having ragi cherry made by my mom. plz suggest what to do.

A. to increase weight, Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
