my daughter is 10 years old and she started speaking lie in small small matters also what to do how to tackle?

Okay so kids usually lie to parents when they know that they are just going to get a bashing scolding and some parents even hit kids so basically this is the fear because parents have a very instant reaction to what kids say so you have to win the trust of the child to constantly keep telling your child but you have to tell me what the truth is because of tomorrow anything goes wrong I know what the truth I’ll be there to support you to rescue you and always remember not to give a sudden reaction to what your child is saying try to maintain your patience and calm try to process the situation and then respond calmly because this is the age when the kids go through a lot of mental change as well as hormonal changes so you really have to change your strategies towards your child and with constant counselling things will get better
