POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Eggs can be introduced baby's diet from 8th month onwards. First give yolk of a boiled egg as it is or by mixing with other foods. It is rich source of calcium and proteins and help in building healthy teeth and bones and boosts immunity.
