My daughter is 1 yr 6 months old she is not eating properly , when ever I try to feed her she starts crying and spits out food. Please suggest me what should I do.

A. Hello mom at times it’s fine to ignore them as well if they are not willing to eat . It’s important to keep them hydrated enough . Offer flavours and variety in foods , get her involved in while sorting vegetables, small serving , have meals together when ever possible
