My daughter is 1 yr 3 months old, pls suggest what should be her daily meal looks like..pls let me know how should I plan her meals and what should be the routine and at what interval i should feed her.?

A. dear mum , now give the meals from the family pot wholesome meals having grain/ millet , legumes dal beans / egg non veg , veg , fruit , curd paneer add powdered nuts 3 meals 1 snack

A. To full a child's daily nutrition requirements we can give so many healthy home cooked food like vegetable daliya khichadi,raagi upma,soup ,mashed potatoes,oats khichdi ,sooji upma ,apple puree.
