Q.

My daughter is 1 year old her weight and everything else is fine..but now I want to give her proper diet which has all the nutrients required as per her age..can you plss suggest me proper diet chart for her age…??

A. Dear mum, for your 1 year old daughter, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Give variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
