my daughter is 1 year old and something she bend his neck toward neck for 2-3 seconds with straight hand ,it looks little wiered.on other hand she is very active and healthy

A. It’s difficult to understand what’s going on with better to check with your doctor at least you have a clarity with a physical assessment because this way it is not clear to me what exactly is going on so it would be better for you to check with the doctor
