Q.
My daughter is 1 year and 11 month old, I am still breastfeeding her, now I want to stop, so what are the things I have to feed her ? is it painful for both of us?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom weaning off process is slight difficult for both of you. so hence be prepared , and be firm with your decision as to not to give in to their demands, as if once you do then it would get much more difficult.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Start weaning off with one feed at a time. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug cups or sippers to encourage drinking outside milk. Consult your doctor for further advice regarding this. Good luck and take care
