Q.

My daughter is 1 year and 1 month old. From last week she seem to be constipated. Although no behavioural changes or no discomfort or crying. But she poops after 2 days. And recently I have observed a little blood spot in the stool and the consistency is quite hard. Kindly advice what to give to relieve constipation. And please advice accordingly! Thanking you in advance!

A. The blood could possibly be there since you are mentioning the motion was really hard so maybe your child really had to apply a lot of pressure which is why blood was there so this normally happens when a motion is hard so in this case I would just like to tell you as of now then you should start giving good amount of water and fibre is tired to the child every day this is important along with that also I would advise you to focus on giving prune juice to the child before your child goes to sleep in the night and warm water should be a daily diet part in theWrite Your Answer Here
