my daughter is 1 year 7 months she is not saying many words except ma'am , thaha, yaya, such words she make sounds ... I am trying to toilet train her she isn't comfortable ... she is very active baby.

A. your baby is one year 7 months old so just make the baby comfortable gradually the baby will learn to speak sentences and also interact properly with your child it will help

A. Hi dear this is how it starts By 9months to 1yeat they just say mama, papa. By 15 months will understand whatever we say and will observe more. By 18 months they speak few meaningful words amma appa papa mamma thattha.. After two years they make combinations of words like amma give, amma take, appa go, mama come.. Later they make sentences. It will take time for them to speak complete full sentences. Just keep talking more to your kid. I think you should meet speech therapists
