my daughter is 1 year 4 months old .her weight is 12.7 kg .she is not eat anything much only mother's feeding .three times I'm giving cow's milk .her weight increasing.whats s the reson for her weight .

A. Yo child having a weight gain for a 12 1/2 year old child currently which is very very good so I don’t know how your child is gaining in without eating well but still to be on the safer side I would advise you to start giving an iron supplement to the child
