Q.

My daughter is 1 year 11 month old, however she is 18Kg. How to make her maintain proper weight. I don't give her junk food. only home food like ragi, upama, oats. Still she has put on weight.

A. Include desi ghee in all 3 meals of the baby and give one banana per day sweet potatoes pumpkin boiled potatoes eggs can ge started abd milk and milk products should be given and protein in the form of lentils soya paneer nuts
