My daughter is 1 and half month old after getting vaccine she got some redness on her thigh with ab cess on it.it looks like that area of thigh is harder what to do kindly tell me

Use An ice cube on to that area regularly that will help in reducing down the hardness pain and irritation into the area where ever the vaccination has been given also you can give paracetamol to the child and you can repeat it after every six hours which is what is going to help
