Q.

My daughter is 1.9yrs old and her weight is 23.55kg. We feed her cow milk, cerelac through all day in interval, grind boiled rice, papayas, carrot, apple at launch, and grind roti with milk for her dinner. Can you please suggest what needs to be done in order to reduce her weight?

A. Hello dear parent! Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
