my daughter is 1.5 yrs old, she face become rough and there are very small seems like heat rashes and it itches a lot. what to do?

A. hi as it seems like heat Rashes to you,you may apply Coconut oil there or apply thin and smoothe paste of kheera cucumber there keep your child in well vantileted room
