my daughter himoglobin is 9.5gm as per doctor it is less, what should I do to increase..

A. hi you need to give iron supplements as per your doctor's prescription give iron rich food like chickpea,beans, spinach, tomato, beetroot etc more give citrus fruits like kiwi, pomegranate, etc more which helps in better absorbption of iron
