Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight and height than you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be because of nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and some other factors like some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .

What’s The current weight and height of your child that you have not mention nevertheless if you feel that your child is not gaining proper height according to the age of your child then you should definitely consult a specialist for further investigation then only you can come to know the correct reason
