my daughter having blood in her stool since yesterday, any medicine which can cure and what is that, I give her two walnuts by socking in morning or sometimes she takes hezelnuts choco, this happens because of this

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. avoid dry fruit. see. you have to give fuller meals as per his age and increasing weight needs. try mashed foods first then you try cereal, daliya, roti etc. you can plan supplement too for him ok

Blood into the pooping of the child is basically Jitu stomach infection it has got no connection with what you have given to it because dry fruits do not create infection in the stomach of the child could be due to anything else so please consult your doctor for course of antibiotics
