My daughter having a loose stool from morning given medicines and diet food I have given 8pm Econorm sachet and entrizermina so nw can give her Dorilac sachet nw

A. Don’t give so many things together you should just consult your doctor of the loose motions are not in control despite of giving medicines that you’re giving then the doctor may advise you to get a tool test done and accordingly medication can be suggested
