my daughter hav'nt drink milk who she 7years old. if I drink the milk to my daughter then pain in stumack. I dn't know understand what I do i give her milk or not, plz suggest me

kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child.
also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk.
you cannot give chocolate and icecream.
you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food.
avoid giving raw food and also sugary food
avoid tea coffee.
if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
