My daughter hasn't spoken a word yet except murmuring unrecognised speeches..di i have to worry?

A. It Would be rideable for you to get it checked once with your doctor any ENT doctor would be able to give you clarity whether this is just a simple speech delay or some issue accordingly further you can decide what do you do need to do next but first of all consultant ENT doctor
